Product Introduction:
Stainless Steel Bottom-Entry Emulsifier is a high-performance dispersion and emulsification machine designed for bottom entry into containers. It is used for mixing, emulsifying, and dispersing free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Based on the rotor-stator principle, the ECA series is suitable for applications that cannot be completed using traditional stirring methods.
Product Features:
It is a high-shear dispersion and emulsification machine designed to be installed at the bottom of containers, suitable for special environments or hygiene requirements. After processing, materials can be discharged or circulated directly. For traditional bottom-mounted tank equipment, materials cannot be discharged independently after processing. The ECA series can provide two different circulation modes: internal and external.
The ECA machine can avoid strong vortexes and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or is emptied during stirring or dispersion.
The ECA machine has a simple and sturdy design. It features a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, equipped with a rotor in a compact unit combined with a cover. The standard version of the ECA is suitable for handling temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses a low-maintenance mechanical seal.
